Site Manager – Melbourne (South East)
The Downing Network is a specialist construction recruitment firm providing a complete suite of recruitment services to the Construction & Infrastructure sectors.
We are looking to engage with an experienced Site Managers (one of two (2) roles) to join this well respected and award-winning builder.
Privately owned, this organisation has built a very stable delivery team with a repeat client base.
This Builder is delivering projects throughout Victoria, this project is very easily accessed in Melbourne.
The Position
Our client is looking to engage with experienced Site Managers who can demonstrate:
Project experience from $5M - $10M, this current project is due to start in August is $8M
Experience in institutional projects that include mixed use – gym, kitchens, pools, office space




Interested in broad project list, recent build, commercial & institutional
Leadership and management of projects from start to handover.
Ability to make decisions, develop teams, management of subcontractors
Commitment to safety is essential
