Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Experience using SimPRO preferred (not mandatory).
Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively.
Experience liaising with builders, subcontractors, and other trades.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of attention to detail.
Robust focus on ensuring completion of works.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and contractors.
About the Role:
8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Monitor and manage trade booking calendars.
Monitor and order stock and materials as required.




Schedule and coordinate all jobs, quotes, activities, and tasks.
Assist Project Managers with day-to-day operational requirements.
Effectively communicate with internal team, builders, trades, customers, and subcontractors.
Respond to all enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Remain adaptable and flexible to accommodate emergency works when required.
Training will be provided where necessary.
