What You'll Be Doing
As a Dispatch Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared and delivered on time.
Your duties will include:
Picking, preparing and packing customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
Loading and unloading trucks while following all safety procedures
Communicating with customers and team members regarding order enquiries
Maintaining stock accuracy and assisting with inventory control
Supporting continuous improvement across dispatch and logistics operations
Ensuring a safe, clean and organised work environment at all times
What We're Looking For
We're seeking reliable, motivated team players who take pride in their work.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience in dispatch, warehousing, logistics or a similar role




Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Forklift Licence (highly regarded but not essential)
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Commitment to safety and teamwork
Valid Australian working rights
No Forklift Licence?
