Your Recent Role
As a senior member of the internal sales team, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and driving branch performance.
You will:
Provide exceptional service at the trade counter
Prepare detailed and accurate customer quotations
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers
Manage supplier follow-ups and ensure timely responses
Support showroom consultations when required
Assist with stock management and inventory control
Coordinate deliveries and occasionally assist with local deliveries
Handle multiple priorities confidently during busy periods
This role requires someone who can think ahead, stay organised, and follow through, particularly when managing quotes,



supplier responses and customer expectationsWhat You'll Need to Succeed:
Experience in plumbing, building supplies, or a related trade industry (preferred)
OR strong internal sales experience with a proven track record
Confidence speaking with trade customers and providing product advice
The ability to manage a busy workload without becoming overwhelmed
Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
A positive, proactive and solutions-focused mindset
A current Driver's Licence (essential)
Forklift licence (desirable but not essential – training can be provided)
