As a result of continued organic growth, we're seeking aTeam Leader or Senior Rehabilitation Consultant (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist)to join theirGold Coast (Southport)team.
The Role
Provide training & coaching to one Rehabilitation Consultant & more team members as the team grows
Manage a caseload predominantly within the WorkCover QLD scheme
Deliver workplace rehabilitation, RTW & injury management services
Complete initial, workplace, ergonomic & functional assessments
Build solid relationships with employers, insurers, injured workers & treating practitioners
Identify barriers to recovery & develop practical RTW solutions
Achieve positive recovery, engagement & return to work outcomes
Contribute to a collaborative & supportive team environment
Travel to visit clients around the Gold Coast - Burleigh, Currumbin & Coomera areas - referrals shared between the team & allocated as close to your home as possible

The Ideal Candidate
AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist; or ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist
2-3 years'+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience (also potential for Consultant level role)
Exposure to leadership ideal - Senior Consultants looking for the next step up warmly encouraged to apply
Practical understanding of physical injury management
Organised, proactive & accountable
Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills
Comfortable working autonomously whilst contributing to a multi-disciplinary team
