About The Role
In this rewarding role, you'll deliver personalised, person-centred care that empowers clients to live independently and enjoy the best possible quality of life.
Flexible casual hoursAvailability required for at least three weekdays between 8am–4pmSupport clients in the Ballarat region
Here's What You Will Be Doing
Assist with personal care and daily living activitiesProvide companionship and social supportHelp with meal preparation and light household tasksTransport clients to appointments and outings
About You
You have a genuine passion for supporting older members of the community and take pride in creating meaningful, positive experiences in their daily lives.
With strong communication skills, you build trusting relationships and support clients to maintain their independence and achieve their personal goals.
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Home and Community, or Disability) or equivalentA current driver's licence and access to a fully insured (comprehensive), registered vehicle for travel between client homesWillingness to obtain - First Aid, CPR & Police checkGenuine respect for the dignity and independence of older peopleStrong verbal communication and the ability to work autonomously in a community settingAvailability across a flexible casual roster, including some early mornings
