NP Property is seeking an experiencedAdministrative Assistanton a permanent part time basis to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone already familiar with the day‐to‐day operations of a real estate/administration office and looking for growth potential.
What you'll be doing
Administrative support to the sales team
Preparation and management ofproperty sale documentation and forms
Compliance and file management
Liaising with agents, solicitors, clients and other stakeholders
General office administration and coordination
What we're looking for
To be successful in this role,experience working in a real estate office/administration is preferrable.
This role is not suitable for entry‐level applicants without industry experience.
A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a real estate office/administration is required.
You will also have:
Strong understanding offorms and documentation relating to property sales
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
A professional,
proactive and reliable approach
Australian work rights are required for this position
