Position Title:Sales Assistant
The Employee's initial job title will beSales Assistant.
The Employee will be expected to perform the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Deliver exceptional customer service and product recommendations.
Sell and upsell merchandise while achieving individual and store sales targets.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPI expectations.
Create engaging daily content for social media platforms.
Manage daily stock, including receiving, replenishing, stock rotation, and inventory control.
Maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and visual merchandising.
Conduct in-store product demonstrations and taste testing sessions.
Prepare smoothies, protein shakes, and other beverages for customers to a high standard.
Maintain cleanliness of all smoothie and beverage preparation equipment and workstations.
Keep the store clean, organised, and presentable at all times, including cleaning the shop floor, counters, and front glass windows.
Work flexibly across a rotating roster,
including weekends and public holidays where required.
Travel between store locations as required to support business operations.
Follow all company policies, procedures, health and safety requirements, and food handling standards.
Essential Requirements
Previous barista experience.
Experience preparing smoothies, protein shakes, or similar beverages.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A positive attitude with a robust willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
Availability to work weekends and flexible hours.
Willingness to travel between company store locations when required.
