This role offers the prospect to work across a wide range of commercial landscaping projects, from large residential developments through to commercial properties and public spaces.

Key Responsibilities




Assist with all on-site landscaping works as directed by the Site Supervisor or Team Leader.
Safely operate a range of plant and equipment, including excavators, skid steers (bobcats), plate compactors (wackers), concrete saws, augers, and other powered hand tools and machinery.
Assist with the construction and installation of gardens, irrigation systems, retaining walls, paving, turf, and minor concreting works.
Load, unload, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised worksite at all times.
Follow company procedures and all workplace health and safety requirements.
Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality commercial landscaping projects on time.
Represent Premium Gardens professionally when interacting with clients, contractors, and the public.
About You
We're looking for someone who:

Is physically fit and capable of performing manual outdoor work.
Holds a current driver's licence.
