Role:Casual Smartphone Specialist (Repair training will be provided)
Wage:$***** /hr (incl. casual loading - *junior rates apply)

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Get trained to offer basic smartphone repair services and help our customers identify their device issues and needs.
Provide our customers with a memorable shopping experience, offering expert guidance and solutions tailored to their needs.
Show customers how to maximise their device's features, ensuring they get the most out of their technology.
Collaborate with the store manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.
Efficiently process orders, both in person and over the phone, demonstrating strong point-of-sale (POS) skills for timely deliveries and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Maintain an attractive and organised store layout through effective visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience.
