As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Office Manager to become a key part of our team and help drive the business forward.
If you've worked in a trade business before, you'll know what it takes to keep things running smoothly.
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, support our electricians in the field, and help deliver the high level of service we're known for.
? Based in Walliston
Work close to home from our modern, recently renovated office in Walliston in the Perth Hills, supporting a growing electrical business that's built on quality workmanship, great customer service and a strong team culture.
? The Role
As our Office Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the business, including:
Answering customer calls and emails
Scheduling and coordinating jobs
Preparing quotes and invoices
Following up outstanding payments
Managing ServiceM8 and customer records
Maintaining compliance documentation and electrical certificates
Assisting with marketing,



social media and Google reviews
Supporting the smooth running of the business
✅ What We're Looking For
Experience in an Office Manager or senior administration role within an electrical or trade business
Experience with ServiceM8, Simpro or similar job management software
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
Full Australian working rights and a current driver's licence
