About the Role
Are you a passionate Sous Chef with a love for authentic Vietnamese cuisine?
We're looking for an experienced culinary professional to join our growing team on the Central Coast.
Working alongside an experienced kitchen team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional, authentic Vietnamese dishes while helping maintain the high standards our customers know and love.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in quality food, and is ready to step into a leadership position.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and support the kitchen team during daily service.
Prepare and present authentic Vietnamese dishes to a consistently high standard.
Ensure food quality, presentation and portion control meet business expectations.
Assist with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations.
Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
Monitor stock levels, manage inventory and minimise waste.
Assist with rostering, training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.




Work collaboratively with the Head Chef to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
About You
You'll be a motivated chef who thrives in a busy kitchen and is passionate about authentic Vietnamese cooking.
To be successful, you'll have:
At least 1 year of experience as a Chef or Sous Chef.
Strong knowledge of traditional Vietnamese ingredients, cooking techniques and flavour profiles.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team.
A commitment to quality, consistency and food safety.
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (preferred).
The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
