The Emeline is a thriving GP-owned mixed billing practice in Malvern seeking a vocationally registered GP to meet strong and growing patient demand, particularly for evening and weekend appointments.
What we offer:
Guaranteed hourly rate for your first 3 months:o$300/hour evenings & weekends
o $250/hour weekday sessions
Reduced 25% service fee for evening and weekend consulting
Immediate patient demand with established appointment books
Flexible sessions with additional weekday mornings available
Full nursing support during business hours
As a GP-owned practice, we offer genuine clinical autonomy with no KPIs or corporate micromanagement.
Our owners consult alongside the clinical team,



giving you the freedom to practise medicine your way while being supported by experienced nurses, reception staff and effective systems.
Our purpose-built clinic features eight consulting rooms, a fully equipped treatment room, Melbourne Pathology, psychology, podiatry and visiting specialists.
You'll join a collaborative team of 10 experienced GPs in a friendly, collegiate environment.
About you:
Vocationally registered
Eligible for unrestricted Medicare billing (or eligible where applicable)
Committed to high-quality, patient-centred care
Looking for autonomy within a supportive team
Doctors on Moratorium
We welcome enquiries from GPs requiring a Section 19AB exemption to work in a non-DPA location.
Depending on your circumstances, opportunities may be available under a Teaching Program Exemption or 6-month Locum Exemption.
