With staff across Sydney (NSW), Melbourne (VIC), and Loxton (SA), we're expanding into South Australia and looking for ambitious Managers who want a clear pathway to partnership at Latitude Accountants.
As a Client Manager, you'll be part of a close-knit team getting this office off the ground — managing your own client ledger, delivering high-quality tax and advisory work, and building genuine relationships with small business owners.
It's a hands-on role with real ownership from day one, and a genuine opportunity to grow your career as the office expands.
What You'll Be Doing
• Take ownership of your own client ledger and work with genuine autonomy
• Provide robust tax advice across FBT, Div7A, GST, CGT concessions, and more
• Manage client relationships end-to-end, ensuring financials and tax returns are spot-on
• Advise clients on budgets, business planning, and their personal financial affairs
• Support small business owners in achieving their goals — through listening, guiding, and celebrating wins




• Contribute to the growth of the office and help shape a positive team culture
• Add real value to your clients by believing in the work you do

What We're Looking For
• A manager-level business services accountant
• CA qualified, with a relevant degree (preferred)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with cloud-based systems
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and people-focused
