Your Next RoleWe are seeking multi skilled and enthusiastic Production Operators, to join our brand new site at Goulburn.
This is a full-time position, where you will play a key role in the end-to-end production cycle at Rocky Point's Goulburn site, from small-batch raw material mixing through bagging and finished-goods despatch.
This role is responsible for supporting production, bagging,



material handling and dispatch operations across multiple functional areas within the site.
Operators will be trained to become competent across all areas of the operation while maintaining strong quality, safety and teamwork standards.
Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Prepare and mix nursery blends and growing media in line with recipes, quality standards and traceability requirements
Measure and handle raw materials and fertilisers accurately while maintaining product consistency and preventing contamination
Operate machinery including front-end loaders, pillow bagging equipment, compression baggers and forklifts safely and efficiently
Monitor product quality throughout production runs and remove or reprocess non-conforming products as required
Load, unload, stack and transport raw materials, finished goods and pallets across the site
Complete machinery pre-starts, basic maintenance and report any faults or damaged equipment
Monitor stock levels, conduct stock counts and support inventory control processes
Prepare finished goods for dispatch, including secure truck loading and quality inspections prior to delivery
Maintain clean,



organised and safe work areas in line with housekeeping and biosecurity requirement.
Work collaboratively with team members, communicate effectively and rotate across operational functions as required
Follow company policies, procedures and instructions from the Site Leader
About you
Essential:
Demonstrated experience operating a Forklift.
Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
Reliable and punctual with a commitment to safety
Willingness and ability to be cross-trained and rotate across all five functional areas
Demonstrated experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
Flexible "can-do" attitude with a proactive approach
Ability to work under pressure in a small team
Excellent attention to detail and quality focus
Good communication skills
Shows initiative and independent decision-making
Desirable:
Previous experience operating Excavator, Front-end loader or other earthmoving equipment
Previous experience in landscape supplies or composting facility
