About Us:
We are a family run business established in ****. We have renovated an abandon flour mill in Junee and created a licorice and chocolate factory that is now a known tourism facility within the Riverina. We are driven by innovation and always striving to create fun and unique events for our customers and visiting guests.
Our restaurant is open everyday of the week from 9am - 4pm and is a beautiful extension onto our business within stunning alfresco dining for customers to relax with a coffee and gourmet meal. We are looking for a passionate person that has a love for coffee and creating a fun workplace for our regular and travelling customers. We are looking for someone to assist our team with continuous training to ensure a high quality of customer service in a fun environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers
Manage and maintain the coffee station
Ensure a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
Lead and train a small team of baristas (if applicable)
Provide excellent customer service in a busy, fast-paced environment
Handle cash and process payments accurately
Ensure stock levels are maintained and report any issues
Work closely with management to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven prior experience as a barista (minimum 1-2 years)
Strong knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and equipment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Must be available to work on weekends
A friendly, positive attitude and a passion for chocolate and coffee!
