The Job:
The purpose of the Project Coordinator's role is to assist in managing the delivery of projects, on time, on budget as directed by the business.
Reporting to the Group Senior Project Manager, this role is responsible for assisting with capitalised projects for the growth and remedial development of the VMO digital signage networks.
Key responsibilities include:
Assist in delivering capex and opex based projects as directed by the company.
Create scope of works for new installations.
Assisting in choosing best locations for new installations in conjunction with the Commercial Team.
Coordinating contractors on site to conduct installations.
Creating and maintaining project documentation.
Assist with purchase orders and invoicing.
Working with contractors to ensure smooth installation of hardware.

We are also ideally looking for someone with:
Experience in coordinating projects or similar administration role.
Natural ability for detail as well as good organisational skills.
Ability to be self-motivated and at times be able to work autonomously.
Good knowledge of computers/networks and audio-visual equipment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
