We are currently seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join a well-established and busy medical practice located in Kidman Park, South Australia .
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised professional to lead a supportive team in a collaborative healthcare environment.
About the Role
As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflows, excellent patient service, and smooth coordination between clinical and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the medical practice
Lead, supervise, and support administrative and nursing staff Coordinate staff rostering, recruitment, and training Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and practice policies
Manage billing processes, Medicare claims,



and financial administration Maintain a high standard of patient care and service delivery Work closely with doctors to support practice growth and efficiency
Requirements Previous experience as a Practice Manager in a medical or healthcare setting (essential) Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience with medical practice software and billing systems Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy clinic environment
Knowledge of Medicare billing and healthcare compliance is highly regarded What We Offer
