We are seeking a motivated, professional and patient-focused team member to join our boutique practice.
This is a diverse role ideally suited to someone who enjoys both front-of-house patient interaction and hands-on clinical support in a specialist surgical environment.
About the Role
Your primary responsibility will be front desk reception and patient coordination, while also assisting with clinical and practice support duties as required.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing front desk reception and patient enquiries
Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient flow
Using practice management software (experience with Oasis highly regarded)
Assisting with oral surgery procedures and dental nursing duties
Sterilisation and infection control procedures
Preparing surgical rooms and clinical setups
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice
About You




The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Previous experience in dental, specialist medical, or surgical practice environments will be highly regarded, however candidates with strong reception or healthcare administration backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
