Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese and Asian fusion dishes
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Support daily prep and efficient kitchen operations
Assist in developing new dishes and specials




Work collaboratively with the team during busy service times
Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
About You:
Experience in a commercial kitchen (Asian/Japanese cuisine is a bonus)
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Passion for food, creativity, and learning new techniques
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
