About the Role
As aService Delivery Manager, you will work from the office and play a central role in coordinating services, supporting teams, and ensuring high-quality, ethical service delivery.
You will receive:

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Build meaningful, ongoing relationships with participants (SIL and in-home) and their families
Work closely with participants and families to understand goals, needs, and priorities
Coordinate and oversee personalised support arrangements
Assemble, guide, and support participant support teams
Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable team culture
Monitor service quality, participant outcomes, and support delivery
Manage incidents and follow appropriate escalation and reporting processes
Balance participant choice with safety and dignity of risk
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Manage rostering and scheduling for participants under your workload
Collaborate with allied health professionals and external stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and outcomes

Relevant qualifications are valued butnot essential, potential and values matter to us
