Launceston IT is seeking an IT HelpDesk Trainee to join our team.
We are a Tasmanian Managed IT Service provider with customers throughout the State.

As an IT Helpdesk Trainee, you'll work with a team of technicians to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service, working both in the office and on-site, whilst also working towards your Certificate IV in Information Technology.
You will be provided with on the job training to develop you into a well rounded IT professional.
We are seeking a person with a passion for IT, who wants to make a career in the industry.
Previous experience working in the IT industry is not required.

Selection Criteria:
Completion of Year 12.
A demonstrated interest in IT (for example through previous employment, work experience placements, or an active IT-related hobby)
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Excellent problem solving skills, with an ability to learn on the job.
A high level of accountability and reliability in the workplace.
Current unrestricted drivers license (provisional or above).
Candidates may be required to undergo a national police check and a Working with Vulnerable People check.
