Legacy Electrical & Air is a locally owned Sunshine Coast electrical and air conditioning company specialising in residential and Strata maintenance. We're growing and are looking for an experienced electrician who takes pride in their work, communicates well with clients, and wants to be part of a business that genuinely values its team.
We are not looking for apprentices or inexperienced electricians.
We need qualified tradespeople who can hit the ground running and deliver high-quality workmanship with minimal supervision.
We currently have
two career pathways available:
Option 1 – Service & Maintenance Electrician
Perfect for an experienced electrician who enjoys fault finding, maintenance, customer interaction, and a variety of electrical work.
Option 2 – Service & Maintenance + Sales Incentives
For electricians who enjoy identifying opportunities while on site and would like to earn additional income through performance bonuses. No previous sales experience is required we'll provide the training and support if you have the right attitude.
About the Role
Your day-to-day work will include:
Residential and commercial service work
Electrical maintenance and fault finding
Switchboard upgrades and safety inspections
Air conditioning installations and replacements
General electrical installations
Working across residential homes, body corporates and commercial properties
Providing outstanding customer service and maintaining high workmanship standards
No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving.
Essential Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
Australian Electrical Licence
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Minimum
7 years' industry experience
as electrician




Demonstrated experience in electrical service and maintenance
Proven experience installing split system air conditioners
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage your day efficiently
High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
Highly Regarded
Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)
CEC Accreditation
Experience with EV chargers
Experience working within strata or commercial maintenance
