Type:Permanent, Full Time position.
Monday-Friday position working normal business hours, however, due to the nature of the role, some flexibility is required.

Are you an experienced case manager with a passion for supporting young people?
This role may be for you!
RoleWorking as part of a holistic team your role will be to provide comprehensive case management support to young people in OOHC across residential and supported independent living.
Where possible you will also help keep young people connected to culture and help maintain a relationship with birth families, as well as helping to plan and prepare for the future as they leave care.
Candidate
Degree level qualifications in social work, psychology or relevant community welfare fields.




Previous case management experience in a child protection related service.
Experience in developing case plans and assessing risk with young people with complex cases
Full Australian driver's license.
