Your New Role
Open to Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane based candidates
Reporting to the Head of Retirement Strategy & Propositions, you'll lead the definition, evolution and optimisation of our retirement customer value propositions.
You'll combine member insights, market trends, data and research to create compelling retirement experiences that deliver better outcomes for members and support Aware Super's growth ambitions.
In this role you will:
Own and evolve Aware Super's retirement customer value propositions
Analyse member insights, market research and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
Lead proposition design and prioritisation informed by member needs and behaviours
Monitor proposition performance and recommend enhancements
Partner with stakeholders across Strategy, Retirement, Advocacy and other business areas to drive outcomes
Act as a trusted subject matter expert in retirement and superannuation
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
Deep knowledge of retirement, superannuation and customer experience
Experience developing propositions, products, customer strategies or member experiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex insights into clear recommendations
Exceptional communication skills,



including stakeholder engagement, storytelling and executive presentations
Solid commercial acumen and the ability to influence senior leaders
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications, Actuarial or a related field
