A varied Projects, Communications and Business Development role | Remote, Versatile and Purpose-Driven
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build a broad, transferable skill set across communications, business operations, project coordination, client relationships and business development, within a respected national organisation.
PRAXIS Australia is seeking a highly organised and motivated professional who is eager to learn, contribute and grow in this varied coordination role.
? Fully remote, anywhere in Australia
⏰ Part-time, ******* FTE (three to four consecutive days, Monday–Thursday)
? $80,000 to $90,000 per annum, pro-rata FTE equivalent, (the advertised remuneration includes the full salary packaging amount available of $18,550 in Health Promotion Charity tax-free salary packaging benefits), plus superannuation and additional salary packaging options.
PRAXIS Australia is a respected not-for-profit Health Promotion Charity delivering high-quality education and training across clinical trials, research ethics and the broader research sector, in Australia and internationally.
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with our Project Operations Manager and team, you will contribute across:
Communications and marketing (LinkedIn, newsletters, campaigns, website content)
Business development and CRM/pipeline management (Pipedrive)
Client, participant and stakeholder relationship management
Course, workshop and education program coordination
Operational, financial and systems administration
We are looking for someone who:
A tertiary qualification in Health Sciences or a related discipline is preferred; however,
candidates with a background in Communications, Marketing, Business, or similar fields are also encouraged to apply
Around 3 years' experience in a coordination, administration, client-facing or project support role is preferred, but we're open to entry-level candidates who can demonstrate the right skills and attitude
Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Builds positive relationships with clients, stakeholders and colleagues
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Takes initiative and is solutions-focused
Is confident using digital systems and comfortable working remotely
Has previous experience working remotely and is confident using digital systems to stay connected and productive within a remote team
Enjoys variety and can move effectively between projects, client communication and administration
Experience in health, clinical trials, research, education and training, project coordination, client services or business development would be highly regarded.
