The specialist will greet and engage customers in the showroom, identify their needs, present suitable new vehicle options, and provide detailed product information and demonstrations.
Day-to-day tasks include preparing and following up on quotes, coordinating test drives, explaining finance and insurance options in collaboration with internal partners, and managing the sales process from initial inquiry to delivery.
The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the dealership's CRM, following up leads, ensuring a professional presentation of the showroom,



and supporting dealership promotions and events.
Consistently delivering a responsive, respectful customer experience and working towards sales targets are key aspects of this position.Qualifications Strong Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales skills, with the ability to match customer needs to appropriate vehicle solutions.Proven focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience at every stage of the sales journey.Experience in building long-term relationships to support Customer Retention and repeat business.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain product features and purchasing options clearly.Ability to work to targets, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate sales and customer records.Comfort with using dealership CRM systems, basic office software, and digital tools for lead management and follow-up.Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is highly beneficial; formal training in sales or business is an advantage.Valid driver's license and safe driving record, with the ability to conduct test drives as required.
