An opportunity is available at our Wollongong site located in Albion Park for a highly motivated and well organised sales qualified.
The role of Business Development Manager is a senior role and only experienced field sales professionals, preferably from within the foodservice industry, should apply.
About the Role:
You will have already achieved and be able to prove a history of success as a determined, results focused individual, and are now looking for the next stage in your career.
Strong organisational and communication skills; well supported by advanced computer literacy and a high level of interpersonal skills are essential.
Key duties:
Identify trends, competitors and opportunities
Prospect and convert new clients
Maintain and grow existing accounts
Build alliances and channel partnerships
Track leads, forecast revenue and manage CRM
Create proposals and negotiate deals
Skills and Experience:




Experience in aggressively growing free trade business
Aptitude for working with a range of computer systems and quickly learn internal systems
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Success in managing multiple tasks and competing work priorities
Ability to interact with all levels of Staff and Management to achieve business outcomes
