Multiple roles available for the right candidates - Part time to Full time Property Managers required in a multi-nationally awarded, boutique Real Estate company in Adelaide.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a residential portfolio while working directly along side and with the managing director of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a residential property portfolio end-to-end
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Conduct routine inspections and coordinate maintenance
Manage rental arrears in line with procedures
Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and rent reviews
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
About You
1–2 years' experience minimum in residential property management (not necessary for right candidates)
Current registration or ability to obtain
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused
Experience with property management systems (preferred)
