We are seeking an experienced and registeredMigration Agent (MARA)to join our growing team at ourHarris Park, NSWoffice.
About the Role
As aRegistered Migration Agent (MARA), you will provide expert migration advice and manage a wide range of Australian visa applications while ensuring compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with clients, education counsellors, and the operations team to deliver high-quality migration services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional migration advice in accordance with Australian migration legislation and the Code of Conduct.
Assess client eligibility for various Australian visa subclasses.
Prepare, lodge, and manage visa applications, including:
Graduate Visas
Skilled Migration Visas
Employer-Sponsored Visas
Partner & Family Visas
Visitor and Other Temporary Visas
Maintain communication with clients throughout the visa process.
Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs and other relevant authorities.
Ensure all applications are accurate, compliant, and submitted within required timeframes.




Maintain detailed client records and update the CRM system.
Support the education counselling team with migration pathway advice.
Keep up to date with changes to Australian migration laws and policies.
Conduct client consultations and provide tailored migration solutions.
Requirements
Must hold acurrent Australian Registered Migration Agent (MARA) registration.
Minimum2-3 years of Australian migration consulting experience.
Strong knowledge of Australian migration legislation and visa processes.
Excellent communication, consultation, and client relationship management skills.
High attention to detail and robust case management abilities.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Experience with migration CRM systems is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits
Salary:Up toAUD $100,000 per annum(based on experience and performance).
Monthly Performance Incentives:EarnAUD $3,000 - $4,000 per monthbased on performance and successful case outcomes.
