About the Role
We're on the hunt for a senior executive to step into a strategic leadership role — a chance to shape the future of the organisation.
This vacancy has arisen due to the retirement of the current incumbent.
The organisation is looking for someone who can come in, get a good feel for the environment, understand the current status quo, and then help drive future initiatives and strategic thinking.

Key responsibilities
Providing overall executive leadership and setting strategic direction
Driving operational and strategic projects aligned with organisational goals
Managing stakeholder relationships across internal teams, partners, and governance bodies
Ensuring robust risk management, compliance, and policy adherence
Developing, coaching, and mentoring leadership teams
Monitoring performance, delivering insights, and continuously improving processes

About You
You're the kind of person who thrives leading big-picture strategy and complex projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven senior executive experience in strategy, transformation, or running complex operations
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align diverse groups
Demonstrated governance and risk management know-how
People leadership skills—coaching, developing talent, and creating a performance-driven culture
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong reporting abilities
A results-oriented mindset, capable of navigating ambiguity and delivering results consistently
An innovative and strategic mindset, comfortable assessing the current environment and helping set clear future directions
Experience in the manufacturing industry will be highly advantageous however not a mandatory requirement
