About the Role – Reporting Officer
Reporting Officers provide actionable insights that drive informed decision‐making across complex infrastructure projects. You will collate, analyse,



and validate project performance data; prepare regular and ad hoc reports for senior management, clients, and regulators; ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting; create dashboards and visual summaries; and identify opportunities for reporting process improvements.
Your work ensures project performance is clearly communicated, transparent, and aligned with governance requirements.
About You
Essential:
Tertiary qualification in a relevant area or equivalent industry experience
Excellent technical skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualisation
Strong writing skills, including the communication of technical information in plain English
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to build relationships and liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders
Flexibility, willingness to learn current processes and skills, and the capability to work independently
