Position Summary:

Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and supervise bar service period, tending bar and exceeding guest expectationsPrepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guestsBuild and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookingsEnsure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all timesWelcome and engage with guests throughout the complete beverage experienceUnderstand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experienceSupervise the bar team in completing general operational tasksBe a confident and welcoming supervisor, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potentialPlan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better.
