This exciting role, managed by Elegance HLM, is a House Management role for a talented all-rounder who is extremely capable of covering all areas of managing a large high end home, and providing professional support for the family of 4, including caring for and organising a 12 year old child with meals and getting to school. This position will suit someone with HNW House Management/Interior Yacht Management experience who enjoys working with kids, playing, leaning, and agrees that no task is too small.
The hours are full time Monday to Friday 6:30 am - 2:30pm, supporting a highly professional couple who have a busy business and multiple properties. Shopping and cooking is also required, healthy quality meal preparation experience would be helpful. There is a Housekeeper in the team, so full management of the organisation and cleaning of the home along wth the exterior, with support from interior and exterior contractors. In saying that the role will be very hands on, supporting all aspects of the families' schedules and management of their home.
What you'll be doing
Running the flow of housekeeping, laundry, organisation and care of the residence
Managing the maintenance and repairs of the home & vehicles
Assisting with children's set up for school and activities
Managing the children's schedules, with driving them where needed




Supporting the family calendars & schedules
Coordinating the complete process of events and dinners
Provisioning, shopping & errands
Food purchasing & preparation
Organisation of the pets and their appointments
Assisting with wardrobe management and travelling bags for the children
Liaising with all family members, guests, colleagues, trades people
Coordinating with the other property staff for seamless home, holiday & lifestyle management for the family
Who we are looking for
HNW House Manager/Interior Yacht Management experience
Wonderful with children, confident driver
Exceptional attention to detail
Maturity, strong communication skills, and initiative
Organisation & time management skills
Flexible & accommodating
Team player, hands on manager
Fast paced, calm and confident in the role
Enjoy working with animals
A good cook, capable of learning family recipes
Working with Children Check
