We're looking for
Cooks
who can jump straight in and handle the heat at 4 Pines Brewing Company's flagship Victorian venue in
Torquay
.
The Role
:
30 to 38 hours per week available.
Food Preparation
: Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
Quality Control
: Monitor the taste, texture, and presentation of dishes to maintain the highest culinary standards.
Inventory Management
: Assist in inventory control, including ordering and stock rotation.
Collaboration
: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders.
Creativity
: Contribute to menu development and special offerings, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Safety and Hygiene
: Follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment.
About You
:
Bring your culinary skills to the table and help create memorable meals in our unique venue.
Appropriate culinary qualification.
Proven experience working in kitchens.
Experience operating the grill section.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
