We are seeking an experienced Learning Enhancement Teacher to join our Middle Years (Years 6-9) team in this in this newly created permanent position that reflects the College's continued commitment to strengthening inclusive education across the Middle Years.
This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who is passionate about inclusive education and enjoys working collaboratively with students, teachers and families to remove barriers to learning, strengthen teacher capability and improve outcomes for students with diverse learning needs. While an immediate commencement is preferred, we are equally open to appointing the right candidate for the start of the **** academic year.
Who we're looking for
You are an experienced educator who understands the unique developmental needs of young people in the Middle Years (Years 6 to 9) and believes every learner can succeed when provided with the right support. You will demonstrate the ability to:
Build authentic, respectful relationships that foster inclusion, belonging and wellbeing, ensuring every student feels known, valued and supported to flourish.




Design and deliver evidence-informed interventions and inclusive learning experiences that enable students with diverse learning needs to access, participate and succeed in learning.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and the wider College community to strengthen inclusive practices and improve student outcomes.
Demonstrate curiosity, initiative and reflective practice by using assessment data and evidence-informed practice to strengthen student learning and teacher capability.
Actively support the Christian ethos and values of Trinity Lutheran College through your everyday interactions and qualified practice.

Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications in Inclusive Education, or current postgraduate study in this area, will be highly regarded.
Experience in learning support and inclusion, including small group intervention.
Familiarity with literacy and numeracy intervention programs.
Experience with case management models, including collaboration with parents and various stakeholders
