Epic Energy is going through an exciting period of growth, and an opportunity now exists for an Asset Maintenance Manager to join our Operations division at a pivotal moment for the business and the broader energy sector.
Reporting to the General Manager, Operations, you'll lead a skilled team responsible for the ongoing maintenance and performance of Epic Energy's critical infrastructure assets. Working across a diverse portfolio of pipeline, compression and energy assets, you'll play a key role in ensuring our infrastructure continues to operate safely, reliably and efficiently while supporting the business's future growth.
This is a highly visible leadership position offering the opportunity to influence operational performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop high-performing teams. You'll work closely with employees, contractors and stakeholders across the business,



balancing day-to-day operational priorities with longer-term asset management and maintenance strategies.
We're looking for an experienced operational leader with a background in energy, utilities, pipelines, process plant or similar infrastructure environments. You'll be a strong people leader who enjoys building capable teams, fostering a positive safety culture and delivering outcomes in a complex operational environment. Strong commercial, planning and stakeholder management skills will be key to your success.
