Position Details

Palm Lake Care Toowoomba is seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to join our team on a permanent Part Time basis. You can work from just a few shifts a week, up to 5 shifts a week and have work-life balance.

Weekend shifts available with penalty rates.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include

Leading and supervising Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants within your wingAssessing, planning, and implementing individualised care plansManaging medications and wound care in line with best practicesEnsuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and infection control guidelinesCollaborating with allied health professionals and families to ensure holistic careSupporting continuous improvement and quality assurance programs

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will need





Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseBachelor of Nursing completed qualificationA current National Police CheckStrong clinical assessment and problem-solving skillsA commitment to providing compassionate and person-centered careExcellent communication and teamwork skills
