About Goodstart Shepparton - Bourchier St :
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher/educational leader with extensive knowledge of running a funded kindergarten program. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of program planning and implementation, with the ability to design and lead high-quality, intentional learning experiences aligned with the Quality Rating Scale (QRS) and relevant early childhood frameworks.
Our service is deeply community-based, with a strong emphasis on meaningful connections with families and the local community. We value educators who can confidently plan and lead a diverse range of experiences,



including regular excursions and incursions, donation drives, bush kinder experiences, aged care visits, and other community engagement opportunities that enrich children's learning.
