Brand Delivery Manager – Back of House
to lead stock operations at
Victoria's Secret Pacific Fair
, one of Australia's highest-volume Victoria's Secret stores.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, seamless product flow and operational efficiency, enabling our customer-facing teams to deliver an exceptional Victoria's Secret experience.
We're looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment and has a proven track record of leading operational teams, managing significant stock volumes and delivering outstanding inventory results.

Your Role
As the
Brand Delivery Manager – Back of House
, you will take ownership of inventory management and all back-of-house operations that support the commercial success of one of our busiest stores.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading all back-of-house operations, including receiving, processing, replenishment and inventory control.
Managing high-volume stock deliveries while maintaining exceptional inventory accuracy and productivity.
Driving operational excellence through effective replenishment, stock integrity and shrink prevention.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards and brand procedures.
Championing an organised, efficient and disciplined stockroom environment.
Partnering closely with Store Leadership, Visual Merchandising and Sales teams to ensure seamless product flow.
Ensuring the right product is available at the right time to maximise sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
Coaching, developing and inspiring your team to build capability, accountability and high performance.
What You'll Bring
Previous leadership experience in a high-volume retail, fashion or department store environment.
Demonstrated success managing inventory and stock operations within a large-format retail business.
Solid knowledge of inventory control,



replenishment, stock accuracy and loss prevention.
Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
The ability to prioritise effectively and perform under pressure during peak trading periods.
A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Experience using retail inventory management systems.

Weekend and public holiday availability is required.
