An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Crane Operator / All Rounder for a permanent ongoing role, with an immediate start, within our Harvey Workshop.
Minimum work hours are 6am – 4pm Monday - Friday.
Duties required for the role:
Franna Operation – both in the yard and on-site jobs
Rigging / Dogging
Rigid truck transport duties
Forklift Operation
General workshop cleaning & maintenance
Cleaning of cranes & additional equipment
General yard cleaning & maintenance
Checking off goods received with accuracy and efficiency
Assisting trades in the workshop as required
Basic maintenance on cranes & yard equipment
Daily / weekly / monthly Prestarts and inspections on vehicles and equipment
Accurately completing all required paperwork for the role
Working as part of a team
To be considered for this role the following are
essential:
Be located within 100km radius of Harvey, Western Australia (or willing to relocate prior to starting the role)
Experience in operating 25t Franna Cranes or similar sizes, in various environments, including on-road use
Demonstrated commitment to Occupational Health & Safety, with secure work practices in a workshop
Ability to comply with ongoing Drug & Alcohol policy
HR Drivers Licence
CN Crane ticket
Basic Rigging & Dogging (as a minimum)
Forklift License
The following are advantageous:
Electrical Test and Tag ticket
Confined Space (current within 2 years)
Working at Heights (current within 2 years)
