Project Coordinator

About the Role
Reporting to the Implementation Manager, the Project Co-ordinator will play an key role in the delivery of embedded network projects and the ongoing management and optimisation of existing utility assets.
You'll coordinate project activities across planning, implementation and completion, working with suppliers, contractors, clients and internal teams to ensure projects progress in line with agreed scope, budget, timeframes, quality and safety requirements.
The role also supports the ongoing performance of our embedded network assets, coordinating maintenance activities, maintaining asset information and helping identify opportunities to improve reliability, compliance and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating embedded network projects from planning through to implementation and completion
Monitoring project schedules, budgets, deliverables and key milestones
Coordinating suppliers, contractors and service providers to agreed deliverables and deadlines
Supporting procurement of project-related plant, equipment and services
Preparing project updates, reporting and documentation for management and stakeholders
Maintaining asset registers, maintenance schedules and asset management information
Coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance activities across utility infrastructure
Supporting asset inspections, condition assessments and renewal planning
Monitoring project and asset-related compliance requirements
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders
Supporting supplier performance and service delivery outcomes
Identifying opportunities to improve project delivery, asset performance and operational processes
About You
You'll be someone who takes ownership, follows through and is comfortable coordinating multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders at once. You'll bring strong organisational skills, commercial awareness and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
Ideally, you'll have:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in project coordination, project management, infrastructure delivery, utilities,
embedded networks or a related field
Demonstrated experience delivering or coordinating projects to scope, budget and schedule
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness, with experience or exposure to budget management, procurement and supplier coordination
Excellent organisational, planning and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
The ability to work independently, take initiative and follow through on commitments
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Confidence using project management and related software systems
A results-driven approach with a strong commitment to quality and customer service
Experience in asset management, maintenance planning or infrastructure operations will be highly regarded.
