About the Role

to join our team as a Field Agent in a
permanent casual, commission-based position

Australian citizenship is required for this position.
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with a proactive mindset
Motivated by targets and thrives under pressure
Detail-focused and precise in their work
Confident behind the wheel and enjoys being out on the road
A current full driver's licence is required for this position
Must hold a full driver's licence for a minimum of 3+ years
A police check or criminal background check is required for this position
A clear communicator and skilled negotiator
Tech-savvy and comfortable using Word, Excel, and email reporting systems
Independent and enjoys the balance of road work and working from home

Key Responsibilities
On the Road:
Process Serving
– Delivering court documents to defendants and witnesses
Field Calls
– Visiting debtor addresses to confirm details or seek resolution
Repossessions
– Recovering arrears or securing assets on behalf of financiers
Evictions
– Enforcing legal property repossession actions
Field Audits
– Verifying stock levels and business operations on site
At Home:
Planning travel routes and scheduling work in your territory
Preparing and submitting explicit and accurate reports
Drafting and swearing affidavits as required
Location
Applicants must reside within easy reach of
Bendigo, Victoria
, to allow efficient travel within the designated area.
