The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Site Manager to support the delivery of a project within
Wurtulla, Sunshine Coast QLD
. This is a 6 - 7 month fixed-term, project-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of site outcomes.
You will be responsible for coordinating trades, managing site activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. The role requires strong organisation, clear communication and a proactive approach, particularly when working within this sensitive / high-compliance environment.
What You'll Do
Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure projects progress in line with schedule
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades and site activities
Maintain strong communication with clients, project managers and stakeholders
Ensure all site works meet WHS, environmental and quality standards




Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and safety checks
Identify and resolve site issues, defects and non-conformances
Coordinate deliveries, variations and project changes
Provide regular updates on project progress and forecasting
Ensure site is opened and closed each day for security purposes
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in a Site Manager or similar construction role
Strong ability to coordinate trades and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders
A strong focus on safety and compliance, particularly in sensitive site environments
Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Construction White card
Current Driver's Licence
Working With Children Check (Blue card)

Employment Options
We are open to engaging the right candidate on either a fixed-term employment basis or as an independent contractor (ABN).
For independent contractor arrangements, rates will be negotiated based on experience and project scope.
