Business Development Manager (BDM)
Bathrooms by Design is a leading supplier of quality bathroom ware with three showroom locations servicing builders, plumbers, trades and homeowners across South Australia.
Our showrooms offer an extensive range of premium bathroom products, including vanities, baths, tapware, toilets, showers, shower screens, tiles, mirrors and accessories from trusted brands.
We're looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our trade network, develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with builders, plumbers, developers, designers and other industry professionals.
About the Role
As our Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for expanding our trade customer base, increasing showroom sales and building long-term partnerships within the building and construction industry.
You'll spend your time meeting with builders, plumbers, tilers, designers and developers, promoting our product range, identifying new opportunities and ensuring Bathrooms by Design is the supplier of choice for Bathroomware.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop new trade accounts and business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, plumbers, designers, developers and other industry professionals.
* Promote our three showroom locations and extensive bathroom ware range.
* Increase trade and retail sales through proactive business development.
* Visit customers on-site and maintain regular contact with existing accounts.
* Attend industry events and networking opportunities.




* Work closely with the showroom sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
* Maintain an organised sales pipeline and CRM.
* Achieve agreed sales and growth targets.
About You
* Experience in business development, sales or account management.
* Enjoys building long-term relationships with customers.
* Is confident, self-motivated and results driven.
* Has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Is organised and able to manage your own schedule.
* Hold a current driver's licence.
Experience within the building, plumbing, Bathroomware, tile, kitchen or construction supply industry will be highly regarded.
