once-in-a-generation opportunity to help reshape what childhood
looks like in Kwinana, and to leave a fingerprint on a community

The City of Kwinana is
seeking a bold, grounded, and deeply human-centred
Partnership Director to lead a
transformative Early Childhood Development Partnership.
This fixed-term leadership
position, through to 31 December **** with the potential for
extension, will lead one of the most significant community
partnerships currently underway in Western Australia. You will have
the opportunity to influence the future of an entire community by
bringing together the people, organisations and systems needed to
create lasting change for children and families.
You will lead an
exceptional team of people, united by purpose and
deeply committed to making a difference. They are highly networked
across community, government, philanthropy, health, education, and
social services, and are trusted to turn relationships into real,
lasting change for children and families. They are given the
freedom, trust and backing to do meaningful work that creates
generational impact.
This is about much more than
programs and partnerships. It is about changing the trajectory of
children's lives by bringing people together around what matters
most: safety, belonging, opportunity and hope in the earliest
years.
Your role will be to connect
government, community, education, health, philanthropy and social
services around a shared vision for children. You will build trust,
navigate complexity,



facilitate courageous conversations and help
design the systems that will improve outcomes for generations to
come.
