Permanent full time Senior Engineer role, based at Pittsworth.
$116,****** to $123,****** gross per annum (plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to *****% superannuation).

About You
Hold the following mandatory qualifications, training and experience:
Bachelor of Engineering Civil, or equivalent, from a recognised university.
Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ), or ability to obtain RPEQ registration within 12 months of commencement.
WHS Competency (White Card) for CPCWHS**** Prepare to work safely in the construction industry, or equivalent, or a willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
Current unrestricted 'C' Class Driver's Licence.
Working in proximity to Traffic Awareness Part 1 and 2, or ability to obtain within 3 months of commencement.
Demonstrated relevant experience providing engineering and technical advice in a civil construction environment.
Demonstrated experience in the performance of the Construction Management role within a civil environment including the supervision of construction teams and the direction of works.
Understanding of and commitment to Council's Organisational Value and Behaviour of Accountability.

About Construction and Maintenance South
The Construction and Maintenance South Branch forms part of the Infrastructure Services Group (ISG)
and is responsible for developing and maintaining community infrastructure including stormwater drainage/culverts, footpath/cycleway and road and bridge infrastructure assets. The primary service objective is to ensure the abovementioned asset classes are developed and maintained in a coordinated and integrated manner. The Construction & Maintenance South Branch plays a crucial role in driving capital and operational works projects across the Darling Downs.
