About The Role
In this rewarding role, you'll deliver personalised, person-centred care that empowers clients to live independently and enjoy the best possible quality of life.
Flexible casual hours
Availability required for at least three weekdays between 7am-6pm
Support clients in Malvern, St Kilda, Prahan and surrounding community
Here's What You Will Be Doing
Assist with personal care and daily living activities
Provide companionship and social support
Help with meal preparation and light household tasks
Transport clients to appointments and outings
About You
You have a genuine passion for supporting older members of the community and take pride in creating meaningful, positive experiences in their daily lives. With strong communication skills, you build trusting relationships and support clients to maintain their independence and achieve their personal goals.
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Home and Community, or Disability) or equivalent
A current driver's licence and access to a fully insured (comprehensive), registered vehicle for travel between client homes
Willingness to obtain - First Aid, CPR & Police check
Genuine respect for the dignity and independence of older people
Strong verbal communication and the ability to work autonomously in a community setting
Availability across a flexible casual roster,



including some early mornings
