The Harvey Norman Bundall Bathroom's team is seeking a passionate and driven
Manager/2IC
. You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives Great Service, Always!
Industry experience is highly regarded but not essential - we value leadership, initiative, and a strong retail mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and gross profit targets
Lead, train, and support staff in company policies and procedures
Coordinate in-store promotions and merchandising
Ensure all sales processes are completed thoroughly
Maintain store security, keyholder coordination, and housekeeping standards
Communicate with suppliers and manage faulty stock returns




Act as a key point of contact for customers
Deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service
Represent the brand professionally and proactively manage expectations
Maintain product knowledge and engage with customer needs
What You'll Bring
2-5 years retail experience
Previous management experience in a retail workplace
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to leadership
