About the Opportunity
Join our Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Recruitment Advisor, partnering with senior leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment for specialist, senior, and business-critical roles. You'll manage a complex portfolio, provide expert market insights, develop proactive talent pipelines, and lead hiring strategies from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
As a trusted adviser, you'll influence hiring decisions, guide stakeholders through challenging recruitment markets, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide support and mentoring to Recruitment Advisors within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of senior, specialist, technical, and business-critical roles, managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders as a trusted adviser, providing expert recruitment guidance, market intelligence, remuneration insights, and workforce planning recommendations.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, including direct search, talent mapping,



and pipeline development.
Manage complex candidate relationships, ensuring a professional, confidential, and high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Influence hiring decisions through evidence-based recommendations, recruitment analytics, labour market insights, and talent availability trends.
Navigate complex recruitment challenges, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver solutions in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing market insights, identifying talent risks and opportunities, supporting best practice recruitment, and providing guidance to team members as required.
About you:
Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across professional, technical, specialist, and senior-level roles.
Strong expertise in sourcing, talent mapping, direct search, and building proactive talent pipelines in competitive talent markets.
Demonstrated ability to manage candidate relationships, ensuring a high-touch, confidential, and professional candidate experience.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships and provide expert recruitment advice to leaders and hiring managers.
Experience interpreting recruitment metrics and analytics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve recruitment outcomes and service delivery.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach,



with sound judgement and the ability to navigate complex and fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with PageUp or similar applicant tracking systems (desirable).
Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
